We're a family-owned RV park just outside Denison where you can settle into spacious, shady lots overlooking pasture and woods. Our property sits on what was once a pecan orchard—feel free to pick pecans during your stay. We're conveniently located about five minutes from downtown Denison, ten minutes from Texoma Medical Center, and fifteen minutes from Lake Texoma and the Red River. My grandparents established Sharpe's Pecan Estates back in the mid-60s, and we've been welcoming folks to enjoy country living ever since.
